Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Young Talents — a platform dedicated to celebrating and empowering the unique achievements of children through personalized cards.

Because all of our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.


Custom Products – No General Returns

All orders are created based on the information and design selected by the customer. As each card is personalized, we are unable to offer refunds or returns due to user error (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong photo, or design selection). Please double-check all information before submitting your order.


Return Eligibility (Defective or Damaged Items)

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

  • They arrive damaged during shipping

  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong item due to an error on our side

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at info@youngtalentscards.com within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item

  • Your order number or confirmation email

If your request is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email when this process is completed.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary

Shipping for Returns

You do not need to return defective or incorrect items unless requested. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
